Li Qingping of the cleaning workshop and Yao Youyuan of the foundry workshop came to the stage as advanced representatives to speak. The company's general manager and deputy general manager made commitments to their respective safety goals with the responsible units.

  Company Chairman Ning Shiyu delivered an important speech. Mr. Ning first extends congratulations to the colleagues and the collective who have won the award. He briefly reviewed the overall business situation of Chengtuo and Huifu companies in the previous year, analyzed the achievements and shortcomings. Looking ahead to the new year, Mr. Ning requires all units to carefully plan and implement work in five aspects: operation, management, technology, talent, and investment.

  Mr. Ning pointed out that sales should conduct in-depth analysis, focus on positioning, create differentiated product advantages, and fully develop third tier customers and products; Each department should strengthen internal management, further increase revenue and reduce expenses, enhance budget and plan management, plug loopholes, strengthen execution, enhance process construction, continue quality control, and focus on safety management; We need to increase our efforts in product research and development, strengthen the digestion, absorption, and application of equipment technology, and utilize big data and AI technology to enhance our competitiveness; We need to increase efforts in talent introduction and training, gradually improve the salary incentive system, further improve the working environment, enhance team cohesion, centripetal force, and combat effectiveness; Chengtuo Third Line needs to achieve full operation as soon as possible, and Huifu Second Line project needs to start construction as soon as possible.

  
  Mr. Ning emphasized that by 2025, we must overcome last year's shortcomings, make up for last year's shortcomings, and plug last year's loopholes; We should focus on the aspects of "opening up sources and reducing costs, reducing costs and increasing efficiency", "opposing favoritism and promoting integrity and self-discipline", continuing to improve the level of technological research and development, and increasing efforts in talent introduction and training.
