  Time flies, and the years pass like a swift shuttle. In the blink of an eye, I have spent a year in the warm embrace of Chengtuo's big family. Today, with immense excitement, I welcome and celebrate the glorious milestone of the company's 20th anniversary. As one of the many employees, I deeply understand that this landmark achievement embodies the wisdom and sweat of countless predecessors and colleagues.

  I still remember when I first joined the company as a young man full of aspirations for the future but slightly lost, brimming with curiosity about everything at the company yet also possessing a heart daring to embrace challenges. It was the company that provided me with a stage to showcase myself and realize my worth. By a stroke of luck, I entered the sales department and became a member of the team. Here, I acquired professional skills, accumulated experience in interpersonal interactions, made friends who shared the same ideals, and more importantly, found my own career direction and life goals. Every training session, every guidance from my superiors, and every work review became invaluable treasures on my journey of growth.

  Twenty years is a magnificent journey for a company, transforming from nothing to something, from small to large, and from weak to strong. During this period, the company has weathered the vicissitudes of the market and witnessed the rise and fall of the industry. Yet, no matter how the external environment changes, the company has remained steadfast in its original mission, continuously innovating, and has earned the trust of customers and the recognition of the market with its high-quality products and services. As a member of the company, I am proud to have participated in this great endeavor. Though I am just an ordinary member, I deeply understand that every effort contributes to the company's development. Whether it is the accumulation of daily work or stepping forward at critical moments, I give my all, striving for the best.
